No prior evictions
2 References (non-relative )
Verifiable income

Smoke free environment
INCOME REQUIREMENTS:
Up to 2 people (a gross monthly income of 3.5 times the amount of monthly rent)
3 or more people (a gross monthly income of 4.5 times the amount of monthly rent)
Same source of income for a minimum of one year
Renters Insurance (minimum of 100,000 of liability)
First month’s rent and security deposit
Co-signer must meet above requirements plus the income ratio of 5x the monthly rent
