• Minimum 625 credit score
• Criminal background check (clear - no felonies )
• No prior evictions
• 2 References (non-relative )
• Verifiable income
• No pets
• Smoke free environment
INCOME REQUIREMENTS:
Up to 2 people (a gross monthly income of 3.5 times the amount of monthly rent)
3 or more people (a gross monthly income of 4.5 times the amount of monthly rent)
• Same source of income for a minimum of one year
• Renters Insurance (minimum of 100,000 of liability)
• First month’s rent and security deposit
Co-signer must meet above requirements plus the income ratio of 5 x the monthly rent.
