The following requirements must be met to qualify:
- Completed rental Application
- Photo ID
- Credit check per Adult over 18 (requires a $35 non refundable fee)
- Minimum 625 credit score
- Criminal background check ( clear -no felonies )
- No prior evictions.
- 2 References ( non relative )
- Verifiable income.
- Income requirements-
Up to 2 people (a gross monthly income of 3 1/2 times the amount of monthly rent)
3 or more people (a gross monthly income of 4 1/2 times the amount of monthly rent)
- Same source of income for a minimum of one year.
- Renters Insurance ( minimum of 100,00 of liability )
- First month’s rent and security deposit.
- No pets.
- Smoke free environment.
